Thank you so much for the details on the downgrade.

I have had all kinds of pain w/ vista on my m1330 and Dell told me NOPE can’t downgrade to XP.

I am gonna follow the steps and try it out.

I had so much hope when Vista SP1 released, but i still had the same problem and error.
I still prefer my users to use XP SP3 instead of Vista.
