I just got hit by salow.vbs, i knew when i was having problem going to my c drive…tried looking to my msconfig..there she is loading with name abbas.vbs.
You will see that there is autorun.inf on your c drive and iw was set to hidden so you have to set your folder setting to show all files and show extention.
Using windows safe mode or it would be better to use dos prompt to delete the inf file and delete the abbas.vbs. Remove it from your startup. Restarting windows and use your antivirus with up-to-date av signature.
